Who we are
This website and the ANGEOLOGY shop are run by [ANGEOLOGY S.r.l.], [registered address], Italy, VAT number [IT00000000000] (“ANGEOLOGY”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us any time through our contact page or at hello@angeology.com.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you.
The shop is in preview
Right now you can browse, fill your bag, heart products, take the quiz and join the Angel club, but checkout is not open: no order can be placed and no payment is taken. Promo codes shown in the bag are for trying the site only and have no value.
When the shop opens, the terms below will apply to every order.
Products & colours
Every ANGEOLOGY product is vegan and never tested on animals, by us or by our suppliers, at any stage. Read the whole promise in our vow.
We photograph and describe our shades as faithfully as we can, but screens show colours differently, so a shade may look slightly different in real life. Full ingredient lists are printed on every pack. Always check them if you have allergies.
Prices & payment
Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay and listed on our shipping page. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the receiver.
Payments will be handled by [payment provider]. We never see or store your full card details.
Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. If a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we’ll tell you and refund anything already paid.
We sell to consumers in reasonable quantities. We may decline orders that look like reselling.
Shipping
We pack orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times and prices per country are on our shipping page. They’re estimates, not guarantees. The risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you chose.
Returns & your right to change your mind
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. Tell us by writing to us, then send the products back within 14 days of telling us.
For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been unsealed or used after delivery can’t be returned, unless they are faulty. We refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. See how returns work.
Faulty or damaged products
Every product has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If something arrives broken, faulty or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. You don’t need to send broken items back.
Promo codes & gifts
One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may have an end date. Gift wrapping is optional and charged as shown in the bag.
The Angel club
The Angel club is free and optional. You never need it to shop. During the preview it only keeps a name and your choices on your own device, as explained on the privacy page. Please don’t use someone else’s name or email.
Our images & words
The ANGEOLOGY name, logo, texts, illustrations and product photos belong to us or to the artists who made them. You’re welcome to share links and to post your own photos of our products. Please don’t copy our content to sell things or to pretend to be us.
Liability
We’re responsible for the products we sell and for the damage the law makes us responsible for. We aren’t responsible for problems we couldn’t reasonably foresee or control, like postal strikes. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law & disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can take a dispute to the courts where you live. But please write to us first: we’d much rather sort it out kindly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, and the date at the top always shows the latest update.
