Not quite. Cruelty free means nothing was tested on animals, at any step, by us or our suppliers. Vegan means nothing in the formula comes from an animal. We are both, for every product and every shade, always.

Never. Every feather you see is an illustration or a prop made of synthetic fibre. No bird was ever involved, not even the pigeon who wandered onto our set.

Iron oxides, plant pigments like beetroot and skin-safe synthetic colours. Just as rosy, and no insects are crushed. You can check any ingredient yourself with our ingredient checker.

Our formulas are fragrance-light and every pack lists its full ingredients. Still, every skin is different: try a little on your inner arm for 24 hours first, and ask your dermatologist if you have a condition.

Up to 20 wears. Peel the glue off gently after each use, clean them with a cotton bud and micellar water, and keep them in their case so they stay curled. They’re synthetic: never mink, silk or feathers.

Once a week, swirl it in lukewarm water with a drop of gentle soap, rinse until the water runs clear, reshape it and let it dry lying flat. The synthetic bristles dry fast and never shed.

Yes, within 30 days, as long as it’s unopened and still sealed. For hygiene we can’t take back makeup that has been used, unless it arrived faulty. How returns work.
