Duties and import taxes outside the EU are paid by the receiver on arrival. Working days are Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.

    Within 1–2 working days, one of us picks every piece and checks each shade.

  2. Wrapped softly

    Recycled tissue, a paper sticker and a satin-effect bow if you asked for one. No plastic, nothing from an animal.

  3. On its way

    The moment it leaves, a tracking link lands in your inbox.

  4. Landed

    Open it, swatch everything, fall a little in love. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days to send it back.

    Write to us

    Within 30 days of delivery, send us a letter with your order number and what you’d like to return.

  2. ii.

    Send it back

    We send you the return address and, in Italy, a free prepaid label. From other countries the return postage is yours.

  3. iii.

    Get your refund

    Within 14 days of the parcel reaching us, we refund you on the payment method you used.

  • Unopened & sealed products can come back for any reason.
  • Used makeup can’t come back, for everyone’s hygiene, unless it was faulty.
  • Broken or wrong? Send a photo within 14 days and we replace it for free. No need to return it.
  • Your legal rights under EU consumer law always apply. Our 30 days are simply longer than the 14 required.
